Working alongside Helen Waddington on behalf of ConsultQA, APL have successfully made the transition from our existing ISO 9001:2008 quality management system to meet the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
From our initial accreditation to ISO9001 nearly eight years ago, the company has embraced the concept and importance of quality, and the process and control is fully integrated in the day to day operations of our company.
APL needed to maintain their certification as some of their specialist products are designed, developed and manufactured for the MoD and holding ISO 9001 certification is a pre-requisite for being part of the MoD supply chain.
The new standard has moved our Quality Management System to a Business Management system.
