Helen is a Practitioner Member of CQI with over 10 years of experience, she is also a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 (quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental) management system requirements. Helen has worked with a wide range of companies in different sectors including waste management, engineering, and legal services. Her focus is always to simplify and integrate quality management into the daily operations of the business. Helen enjoys competing in local sprint triathlons, mountain biking with her family, and eating cake.
